Base Prices

These are the base prices for commissions that are for personal use only. Commissions for commercial use will be charged 3x the base price.
Costs may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.
References must be included upon commission request.

+ $5.00 per each additional character.
Backgrounds will be charged based on their complexity.

General Guidelines

To order a commission, everyone is required to follow the Terms of Service (TOS). Failure to do so will result in the commissioner being blacklisted.TOS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE - If at any point the terms of service change, EVERYONE is required to abide by the newly established updates regardless of when their commission was ordered.• Commissioner must be of legal age (18+) to purchase a commission.
• PayPal only (USD) Payment must be made upfront.
• Commissions should only be used for personal use, unless the commissioner has paid for commercial usage. Commercial usage must be discussed with and agreed to by the artist and commissioner prior to starting the commission. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding commercial usage.
• Commissioner must provide clear visual references prior to requesting a commission. Blurry or low-quality visuals will not be accepted. Written descriptions will also not be accepted.
• Major revisions such as redesigning an entire outfit, changing poses, complete recoloring etc. will be charged an extra fee. Minor changes, such as color tweaking, adding small elements, etc. will be free of charge. Revisions will not be accepted once the rendering phase has started.
• Full refunds will only be given during the process (sketch, lineart, flat color phase). Once, in the rendering phase, no refunds will be accepted. No refunds are accepted for sketch or flat color commissions once they have started.
• Commissioner may not TRACE, EDIT, SELL, and/or RENDER the artwork in any way unless discussed during negotiations The commissioner can not REMOVE watermark and credit.
• My artwork may NOT be used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or AI-generated projects!
• Artist has the right to refuse a commission request for any reason and to deliver reimbursement for a commission for any reason.

Commission Process

The duration of a commission will vary depending on the complexity of the piece. However, the general timeframe can be up to 1-2 months for a fully rendered illustration.
Canvas size will vary depending on the illustration. Generally speaking, I work on a 3000x4000 canvas. The software I use is Medibang.Discussion Phase
• Commissioner must provide a clear vision of their concept with visual references prior to ordering a commission.
• Artist will provide a quote for the piece based on the complexity and time that will need to be put into the illustration.
• Commissioner must pay upfront before the illustration process can begin.Illustration Process
• For fully rendered pieces, the artist will provide a wip for each stage of the illustration process (sketch, lineart, flat colors), until given the fully completed artwork.
• During the sketch, lineart, flat color phase, the commissioner is allowed to suggest revisions.
• If the commissioner approves of the sketch/lineart/flat colors, it will go into the next phase.
• Once the rendering phase has started, no further revisions will be accepted.Completion
• Once the commission has been completed, the consumer will be emailed a digital PNG of their commission.
